The inner calmness and enjoyment of being in the flow state have positive and lasting effects on your nervous system. Being absorbed in your favourite creative activities is a natural process to reduce stress levels, slow down the ageing process, and boost the immune system.

A stronger connection with your creative self also helps you become more attuned to your body’s messages and wisdom. This will lead you to naturally make healthier, more nourishing choices.
